Video: To Build a Better City...in 1964.

A great documentary that details the process of urban renewal that Vancouver under went in the 1960s. Pay close attention to the language of the narrator.

  2. Don't hear "urban blight" much these days.

    If the narrator thinks skyscrapers are symbols of progress he would die in a cumplosion if he could see Van 50 years later.

    Also Lol: "mixed and confused land uses".
